RELAPSE PREVENTION EDUCATION PROGRAM (RPEP):


  • The Nick's Place RPEP is required by all residents and available to some alumni on a weekly basis.

  • The Nick's Place RPEP encompasses the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of the disease of addiction and uses outside professionals and 12 Step Leaders to educate our residents in a variety of topical series. For example:

    • Building Self Esteem, Self Confidence & Self Discipline

    • Family Dynamics in the Addicted Family

    • Healthy Relationships

    • Anger and Impulse Control

    • Budgeting and Money Management

    • Employment Practices – resume writing, interviewing skills, qualities that make a good employee

  • The Nick's Place RPEP uses professionals and volunteers in order to provide a well rounded resource to our residents.
